Life is About Choice—Your Choice

It may seem like the roof is caving in, all of life is fanatical, with taxes and wars never ending. Have you noticed that when life has smoothed out then another issue arises? The vicissitudes of life are there for a reason. Ultimately, they bring balance.  

Our lives have a purpose and each event, good or bad, have meaning for us to examine. The ones we call bad are there to teach us a lesson. What did the situation emotionally trigger in you? Did you get angry, get revenge, or get sullen. Is that how you dealt with this kind of situation growing up or early in your life? Do you continue to react in this kind of life situation and things seem to never change?

When I was older, I learned that I had to change with a new response instead of acting from my old ways. I did not have to stay in my immature childish ways of acting. I had been reacting from some kind of fear. In my early growing up, my parents did the best that they could, but as a child, I did not see it that way, In my feeling insecure, feeling a lack of, feeling lonely, or rejected. I wanted love, caring, and hugs saying I love you.   

Being naïve, I married and recreated the family in which I grew up. The roof was still caving in after a few years. I was not taught about how life worked or how to have trust, communications, or feelings. I was stuck at a young age, emotionally. I remember at the age of five telling myself, "If being an adult is about fighting every night, then I do not want to grow up." 

I continued my immaturity into my fifties, married as a teacher, mother, and working in the family business. I was never given a choice. I was a great "doer". Through circumstances, I found a spiritual program that had information very new to me. My first insight was that I had been living in fear. In addition, my new information had answers different from the religion in which I was raised.

I found new answers to be helpful in all parts of my life. I could respond to life situations in loving resolutions, instead of my old ways. I learned that I was like a magnet in the fear and the fearful situations kept coming to me. Making a list of the fears and reframing them into positive thoughts was bringing better results.  When I saw that this was improving my life, I continued to find my guilt, shame, jealousy, and other negative thinking to restate them into positive perceptions called affirmations.

I could claim the truth about myself. I was not unworthy, without value, or used merchandize. I could substitute the positive for the negative. This brought truth into my life. Continuing through many years of self-searching, prayer, and meditation to replace the misinformation, lies, and false beliefs was my inner work. Each time brought more peace and grace into my life. I felt a relief as my awareness moved into a higher consciousness of a beneficent universe that created it all. I began to see that the fear had blocked my vision of truth, where all is good. The fear was an illusion and blocked the truth that love is reality.

Making this change takes faith and trust in a higher power. I saw myself walk into the hands of a loving Creator leaving the past behind. I chose to have a life seeing the positive in all things. With my new choices over time, I moved more into a higher realization. Life was becoming better, I felt better, and I could see that life is good. I was going through a transition into new understandings about life. Ultimately, I gave up beliefs and now come from my heart instead of my head.

I could give up the judgment I learned so well from my mother. This allows me to be in a non-judgmental awareness about life and people. In changing myself, I became a new person as if I had a new pair of glasses. I finally realized they were my teachers to teach me to turn to "The Father of Light" in all things. Love and light are the same energy.  

The past anguish brought me to turn to a loving universe for help and support. If I stayed in my pain and anger, I could not have grown into my new world of seeing life and those challenges as opportunities to grow and mature. I would have remained immature and childish. I found forgiveness and compassion for those in my past that brought on difficult situations. Gradually, I was able to thank them in prayer, as they had past.

I have grown up and am grateful for all the good things I did not glimpse before. Learning to "let go and let God", I no longer needed to run from life. I could accept life on life's terms, even if I was not thrilled about it. I do not resist, but accept it learning the lesson to move beyond my old thoughts, words, or actions. I can choose to have love be my guide and foundation in life's experiences. Those experiences become wisdom. This brings joy and fills me with the love I always wanted and was only hidden. . Love never fails.

My Life with Archangel Michael

During Christmas vacation, our family made a trip to Disneyland as our Christmas treat.  We then drove into Mexico for a few days.  On our return home, I wanted to stop at the Grand Canyon to purchase some artifacts for my classroom. As a teacher, I felt the students in my classroom needed some hands on items and pictures of the Navajo. We entered the park from the south, as we were heading north to Washington State.  The morning of our trip from Flagstaff, Arizona up to the park which is 8,000 feet up, brought an early surprise of snow.  It was forecasted for the following day.  Since we were headed for a national park, I presumed the roads would be cleared. 

There was a car coming toward us on the road of the southern entrance.  With the snow covering the road, it was not possible to see the centerline. The oncoming car was driving in what we thought was the center of the road. The road was close to the edge of the canyon.  Thinking there would be a shoulder on the right, we drove to the right for the car to have the main road as it proceeded. 

As my husband applied the brakes to slow down with their passing us, the tires slid on the ice and we found ourselves going into the air. Quickly, there were six pairs of hands holding the car as it was slowly turning upside down like in a slow motion movie.  I did not see them, but knew instinctively there were six angels holding the car as we landed upside down forty feet below the cliff on a piece of land that jutted out from the side. 

The sanding truck from the park was behind us and radioed the ranger we needed help.  Frantically, we tried to escape the car for fear of it blowing up like in the movies.  My husband and I were upside down in our seatbelts and had trouble releasing them. Our two children were in the back of the station wagon with pillows and blankets. This was before seat belt laws.

The ranger scratched his head and said there had never been an accident this bad before when everyone walked out without a scratch. The car was towed back to Flagstaff to be repaired over New Years Week end so I could return to teaching as soon as possible. Archangel Michael first knowingly appeared in my life as part of the angels who safely landed my family upside down at the Grand Canyon 40 feet below the edge of the cliff.  It was not until later that he identified himself as one of those angels.

I happened to be touring the Grand Canyon several years later on a bus with a spiritual group of Edgar Cayce members touring the southwest spiritual sites and recognized the energy of the area. I immediately saw the cliff where I  had gone off.  The road had been moved away from the precipice.

On a family vacation to Canada, we were enjoying the scenery as we drove toward Jasper from Banff. The cliff was on the right side of the car and there was no shoulder.  My husband passed out at the wheel and we were heading off the precipice.  I was spooked as in the past he got angry when I touched the steering wheel and I was too afraid to turn the wheel for the tires to head back to the direction of the road.  One angel put my hand on the wheel for the tires to turn the wheel. My angel,. Jennifer, had the front end of the car in her hands and gently placed the car back on the shoulder of the road.  My husband came to and we drove on down the mountain.

At that time, I did not know who my angels were. However, later because I was in a domestic violent marriage, I tried suicide and those angels showed themselves to me. They tied a silk rope around my arms to stop me taking the prescriptions from the psychiatrist. I did not plan to go home or be saved. Each of the angels showed themselves, but one. 

After my divorce, I was meditating and at this time Arangel Michael showed up, thirty –five years ago. . He said that he was the angel I did not see, because my energy in those days was so low that he could not lower himself enough. He was the sixth angel. He gave me the prophecy at that time about the current chaos, politics, and problems that would be coming so I would be prepared.  He told of the tyranny from the presidents and there would be great chaos and turmoil in their leaving office.  He told me to be prepared with water, food, and cash for these times of transition during our returning to the light on the planet.

Archangel Michel told me about the books, I would be writing. This prepared me for the 11 books, articles, counseling, and teaching I would be doing. I was to write, "Paradigm Busters, Reveal the Real You" as a crossover book from the 12 step programs for the general population to have the details to come into a higher consciousness.

He then appeared to me in form again, while I was touring Europe with the Edgar Cayce  spiritual group to visit the sites where Mother Mary had appeared.  I was in a Catholic Church in Spain, meditating as the weather prevented out next sacred destination. The energy that appeared next to me was the most powerful energy I had experienced.. His energy prior had not been this expansive. At first, I thought the male energy was my angel Eric. Then his booming voice said, I AM ARCHANGEL MICHAEL, LORD OF THE WAY." He came to reassure me that I was writing and teaching "The Way, The Truth and The Light.  He wanted me to be at ease as I had become doubtful and stressed about my spiritual teaching.  

Returning home from Europe, I saw him again in my art studio. He wanted me to paint his picture.  He did not want a fancy picture. In his humility he said I am not the elaborately ornamented person usually depicting me.  I asked him to tell me how to paint his picture.  I used pastels and tried to create the vision I saw. He suggested painting him as I saw him as a gauze image, in a plain while robe just larger than most angels   He wanted his hair curly.

Archangel Michael, sent several angels in human form several times to my classes and workshops to reinforce me that I was on the path with the teachings.  His presence writes my books, except for one, which was channeled by Saint Germain, "The Real  Meaning of 2012"

Now, Archangel Michael and his angels have been with me daily for many years.  My angel, Angelica, gives me the talents for spiritual counseling, soul healing, and art.  This gave me the name of Angelica's Gifts for the name of my many spiritual talents.

On a third frightful trip with a cliff in Idaho. I screamed, violently,  as I saw from the passenger seat, that the tire was on the very edge of the cliff and not an inch to spare.  This road was not used in the winter, we heard, but it would be safe during the summer. On my way to visit my daughter driving with a friend from the Shakespeare Festival in Ashland to Boise, I thought that was the end of me.

God pulled me out of my body and  had me float over the cliff as I saw the car would fall off the cliff, but I would be in spirit above watching the calamity.  He said I had nothing to fear, as I would not be in the car, just my body. These and more stories of my almost dying 13 times are included in my forthcoming book, "Divinely Protected".

I explain in my book, "Paradigm Busters" that I came from the Pleiades to help people suffering on earth. However, Archangel Michael said that I needed to experience the many issues so others would relate to me. To help others, I needed the understanding and knowledge gained from the situations to have the same energy level for others to relate with me. We would be on the same wave length.

Archangel Michael has been my guiding force to endure mental illness, 8 addictions, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual abuse, trauma, domestic violence in childhood becoming valedictorian and a 30 year marriage while I looked good in winning awards and soling with a symphony on the flute. Completing 7 years of college with honors, I struggled in surviving in more domestic violence as an excellent teacher and mother, while I was dying on the inside.

Archangel Michael stopped my husband from killing me several times. He actually removed him from our home. My husband was gone, I never saw him pack a bag or leave. I could not deal with an alcoholic, psychopath, sex addict, and rageaholic any longer. I was dying.

Archangel Michael and I now have daily conversations and marching orders in my meditations and during the day.. I have channeled him for groups in the past, and he has me writing books, (11 at this time), hundreds of articles, and columns for newspapers) becoming a soul healer, spiritual minister, painting angel portraits for others, and spiritual poetry. 

Because of my victim and traumatic past, I value the strength and knowledge that comes through me for the projects that Archangel Michael has me doing. A few that stand out are that I have grown from the emotionally shut down age of three into an adult. Another is that I ended up having two radio shows, one is saved on my web site and past recordings of the other one is on You Tube.

Currently,  he had me stop a book in progress to write 'A Spark of Truth" which is like a spiritual primer for the current political scene.  Archangel Michael wants people to know the agenda behind the current chaos in the government and planet. He told me to think of it as a hurricane and the storms were on the outer edge of the hurricane.  I was to be in the center of the hurricane which is called "The Eye" . He said, "God is in the center and I was to stay as close as possible to God in the center, and I would be okay." The book  came together so smoothly; I could not believe how easily the information fell into place, daily. It is like a concise textbook.

Tips to Improve Your Life

 It is possible to have better days when you understand how the energy of the universe works. Have your thought  about changing yourself to improve what appears each day? The ego mind produces fear messages and the heart has positive ones. Some days seem impossible to endure. Some days seem wonderful.

The only way out of it is to change your focus from the ego to your heart, by releasing those negative messages. When you substitute positive for inner negative talking, life changes. Most of us are taught to fear death, pain, and other challenges. Yet, to a Zen master, all are great blessings. They offer the message as an opportunity to replace the thoughts to being grateful, forgiving, and having compassion.                                   

Our true practice is to come to view suffering as a mental exercise. They guide us to let go of the ego mind, which would like us to be in pain, inadequacy, guilt, shame, attacking or peaceless, self –justification, or self-reproach. When we move our focus to our hearts, we realize the unity of all that is.

Tesla said if you want to understand the universe it is about energy, vibration, and frequency.  Edgar Cayce the great psychic of the Twentieth Century said that,  all lowest form of electrical vibration is the basis of life and For without passing through each and every stage of development, there is not the correct vibration to become one with the Creator. He also stated that, only when they become spiritual are they only positive.

 The negative are all false associations and not real. The Supreme Being of love is within us all. Only through awareness and living in alignment with our Soul can we claim this power. It is PURE LOVE. 

 Spiritual practices, mantras, or people do not give it. One must claim it and with the power of will and then to integrate it into our life. It happens when we are in a state of deep honesty and truthfulness with ourselves.  If we allow our inner voice. of the ego to be at cause, its sting is worse than a sword. Alternatively, let us focus on remaining in unwavering stillness. Do not react, but move instead into that state that dissolves into the pureness of our being, which is Love. Tune into the breath. Move into the mind of silent presence. This vital life force or equanimity is what you are. It cannot be lost. Heartfelt remembering guides one to be true to oneself.

You either project the ego-based feelings of low vibrations or choose to move into higher vibrations that characterize love such as kindness, patience, caring, gratitude, or forgiveness. Because thoughts are things and have their effect upon individuals, especially those that become overly sensitive to outside influences. They become just as physical as sticking a pin in the hand. This pain is passed on to others.  Through transforming your inner self into being positive instead of negative,  projects out to others and then what you see, hear, experience returns to you.  They mirror back you what you projected. People are a mirror to you.

Your experience is telling you what you need to change in you. When I was able to identify each of my fears and lack of trust in people because of my past, I replaced them with love and grace. I changed from being a very shy, withdrawn, and afraid little gift inside to becoming myself.  When I turned that into realizing the all people are friends I have not yet met. I found my shyness disappeared over time, and today I am able to reach out to others, and enjoy having new friends.  What goes around comes around.

The following suggestions help to turn my life into a new adventure of being in the party instead of the wallflower. These tips remind me how to respond in life instead of react from my fear, guilt, shame, and other lower vibrations that are not the real me.

 1.  Make peace with our past so it will not disturb your present.

2.      2.What other people think of you is none of your business.

3.      3.Time heals almost everything, give it time.

4.       4.Only you are in charge of your happiness.

5.      5.Do not compare your life to others; their path is different from their                      experiences.

6.      6. Do not judge others as they came with their own set of life experiences to             resolve.

7.      7.Move from your ego/brain into your heart to find the answers. They will                come to you when you least expect them.

8.      8. Smile, you are only responsible for your reactions to life.

The process described in  "Paradigm Busters" is very effective to do an inner house cleaning which brings great results. We learn to live in the now and release the past fears, resentments, and immature conduct.  Living in the "Now" is reality. When I am in the moment it is a gift and that is why it is called The Present.

There is an additional way to move into being present in your life and to no longer carry the baggage of the past. When you send prayers to the person, that is upsetting you, and then the energy shifts as you are projecting out what you want for yourself. Your feelings will change about the situation or person. A way to do this is praying 4 short thoughts to the other person on a daily basis for two weeks. .  It is called The Ho'oponopono Prayer.   It releases the past baggage to enjoy being in reality.

 Moving Beyond Fear

Growing up in a life of fear in a dysfunctional family, I did not even understand I was a fear-based person. That was my usual environment. I was always reacting trying to survive and protect myself in the family situations. Awakening to the understanding that the fear stopped my adulthood, was a huge realization. In my attempt to grow up, I had to identify the fears that stopped my progress into maturity. I was acting immature. I committed to becoming a love-based person instead of a fear-based person. Through applying the many tools and understandings in my prior articles on The Sussex Newspaper,  I was declared sane by my psychiatrist. Fear had stopped my sanity.                    

Today, I still can have fear surface, however, I have the knowledge of how emotional energies called feelings work. Recently, I had a sever issue come up that brought on intense fear. I felt like David in David and Goliath in the Bible.  My fear had been that they would censor my current book as it has political overtones for people to find truth about existing issues in government and in our lives. Most of our information today is censored on the news, television, newspapers, books, and more. Now that I understand how to move through my feelings, I felt the feelings, shared them with a healthy friend, and proceeded to the meeting where the opposition was waiting for me. Because I had learned to feel the feelings and not stuff them, and turn to the "Father of Light" for shining the truth on the situation, I found a surprising resolution awaited me. 

The light had dissipated the results into not being terrifying. Actually, the meeting brought a better solution to a concern I had been trying to resolve with my publisher for some time. .When I was told why the meeting was necessary, I went into relaxing and pleased that finally my requests for compiling all my work on Amazon to one site was being heard. 

I want to share information about fear so you can move through your fears and know it is part of the process of growing up beyond the fear. .Emotions are energy and they are to flow through as you feel them so the good feelings can follow to replace what is leaving. This allows the transformation from being a fear-based person into being a love-based person.

More about fear and love. When you hold your breath, this is what occurs when you are experiencing fear. Imagine if you are holding fear in different parts of your body and your being. Simply wish to recognize the power that fear has over your body and being. The opposite energy to fear is love.

Love helps you thrive, experience success, feel nurtured, access the life force energy, and be surrounded with divine vibrations. Most beings upon the earth experience both fear and love. Sometimes almost at the same time, you may not even recognize the fear. It is interesting when you experience fear. When you experience love – the love of the Creator flowing through your being – it is natural that fear might arise because the love is encouraging you to move beyond boundaries and limitations, thus the fears automatically come up to be cleansed and recognized.

If you push them to the side, then you allow yourself to exist within love, however, if there is fear still present…maybe underneath…maybe hidden…and thus you are not able to engage fully with the love vibration. There is a need to sit within and accept the fear, in order to experience greater love vibrations. Fear can be overwhelming. Love can also be overwhelming. In many ways, love always activates the fear that needs to be released in order for greater love to be experienced. Fear allows the opportunity for love to be present, if you so choose.

Love allows the opportunity for fears to rise…to be popped as if they are bubbles…for greater love to be experienced. The only negative part of this relationship, you might say, is if you are experiencing fear but are unable to call in the love vibrations. You are only actually in a space of fear when you are not willing or not able to call in the love vibration or not willing or able to face the fear, and to understand it.

If you are willing to do so, then you are always experiencing love. You are always existing as and in the love vibration, even if you are experiencing fear. You may wish to recognize that you are always a being of love, resolving fears, releasing/dispersing fears. The greatest understanding is actually to not fear your fears.

If you are willing to love your fears – to face them, to be with them, to understand them and let them disperse – you are loving your fears. You may still experience fear, but fear will become a part of your relationship with love… as if a friend that you know will return…but the more that you are willing to be present with your fears, the less that friend will return.

Only for simplicity of speaking do we usually say light or love—the words are interchangeable because light and love are the very same energy. Light is who you are, powerful immortal souls. Simply, light IS divine. Light and its indivisible love component is Creator Source energy, the most powerful force in the cosmos and the very essence of life itself. Love-light is Creator and Creation!

This entire universe is light. Words emit vibrations, and the vibrations of light, peace, and love are among the highest. Light strengthens the immune system and helps to achieve and maintain the balance that promotes healthy bodies, minds, and spirits.

Reception of light is the province of the soul. What it is, is understanding that darkness is not the enemy of light or the opposite of light, it is the absence of light, and only by having that void filled with light can the darkness in people be overcome. When light-love is in minds and hearts, it brings more “love” to you, and wars and violence stop.

The power of light-love is the key to everything! I thought that by loving people, we automatically send light to them, but now I am finding that there is more to it. You are actually being filled with light simply by the experience.

Consent daily to the “everyday” use of light. Love is the healing force of the universe. Love is within the soul and needs only your allowance of those innate sensations of loving others and receiving their love for you. Love has no limitations, no boundaries to its capacity.

Listening to one’s godself is love. Living the kind of life that engenders loving self is love. Forgiveness of self and others is love. Sharing your resources with full heart is love. Doing good deeds without attaching expectations is love. Feeling peace in your heart and mind is love. All light beings in this universe honor you and support you with the power of unconditional love. Love never fails.
