Randi-Lee has a wonderful open mind to the differences in mental illness and solutions. I was able to share a small version of my past that brought on my mental illness and trying to survive with medications and wrong information that only addressed the symptoms and not the root cause of my illness. After years of misery, self-medicating, and a lack of real information, I found a spiritual path in treatment for addictions from the prescriptions. A spiritual path replaced the need for medications. Reading that the lack of self-honesty is the basis for mental illness, I found through releasing the past harms, trauma, and mentally ill family, I could move into a love based life and thrive.

I am no longer a fear-based person, but a love based person. I no longer needed to be triggered from the past and could live in the "Now". Without pills for 25 years, I have clear thinking for making good decisions for loving resolutions. I let go of the past and replaced the space with love and grace. Living in the moment which is a gift and why it is called The Present. My psychiatrist declared me sane.

Through my curiosity, I researched how culture has been programmed in fear that perpetuates mental illness and a lack of reality. Investigating the history behind religions, government, education, medicine, and more brought information that was hidden from the public.

All parts of our culture are infiltrated with lies, deceit, and misinformation. My new book, "A Spark of Truth" has the history up to current times revealing the information from earliest times and through secret societies, evil Elites running the three major powers, banking, education, medicine, media, and entertainment. They have controlled, contaminated, and poisoned our food, air, water supplies, and more. New forms of leadership and government are forming to change the basis of our lives from deceit to honesty. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WywPNN5j_Lk&t=236s

Do Your Beliefs Serve You?

            Rev. Marilyn L. Redmond

My mother took me to church at the age of five. It was close to where we lived. In those days during World War II, we had to walk. Each Sunday we strolled down the avenue to the church in the neighborhood. I earned a gold lapel pin in Sunday School to wear with a number. My pin had the number 10 for years of perfect attendance. As I grew older, my mother decided it was time for confirmation classes to become a member of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod.

Since we had moved out of the neighborhood to a new home, the distance to attend the classes was a big challenge. Every week for two years, I took the school bus to where I could catch a county bus into Seattle. I then transferred to a city bus that let me off on the other side of a lake from the church, where I then completed the trip to the church on foot. Conveniently, my parents picked me up at a neighbor's near the church to take me home at night.

I always have been a diligent student and learning the Biblical Stories and memorizing the Small Catechism by Luther was the program of study.  I know today the catechism was the dogma and beliefs of the church. I now know that religious beliefs are rules placed upon us. I did the memory work, but never took it to heart as I was in survival growing up. It was just words to me. Therefore, I was not entirely indoctrinated. This ultimately served me well.

However, I did attend church and continued to take my own children to church for their confirmation classes.  During my domestic violent marriage, church was a safe place to be.  I was out of the house and in a pleasant environment. I understand now how it did benefit me to have a safer place then being home, in those days. However, when I needed to ask myself the deep questions in recovery from addictions to the prescriptions, I found that the church dogma did not keep me from being addicted. I needed different answers that were more realistic not for just surviving in life, but how to thrive without medications.

In treatment, I was introduced to a path of spirituality to replace the medications. It took a while for me to understand the difference between religion and being spiritual. I had lived from my head/ego trying to be safe for years thinking someone would save me from the trauma. Moving into listening to my heart was new to me. In fact, my church preached against meditation saying it was the voice of the devil. Consequently, this was a traumatic shift in commitment. Taking that step of faith was harrowing. Using a higher power of love was foreign, as I did not know about love. I was raised that love hurt. Therefore, I had closed my heart as my stepfather said, "I am only beating you because I love you".

I needed to attend 12 step programs to stop the addiction route. Over time, I found my old beliefs had underlined my addiction. I was looking for love in all the wrong places.   As I released my fears, guilt, shame, and more, I replaced the negative for the positive. My life began to shift into a more pleasant life. Realizing that I had lived in fear and negative messages of beliefs that were not true was a huge awakening.  Since life is about cause and effect, my cause had a base in fear and falsehoods. I found affirming the truth brought real results. I was determined to change my negativity into being positive for better outcomes. I had allowed the dogma and creeds of the church that were placed on me to be the focal point of my thinking and actions. Replacing the old beliefs with affirmations to affirm the truth replaced the lack of truth about who I am. I now understood God is always positive. I have always been loved. I am a worthy person.

Learning that the word beliefs has the word "lie" in it was now meaningful. I was taught lies to live by. If God is always positive and PURE LOVE, then I am not a sinner, nor guilty for the past, nor is there a hell. I did not cause anyone to die. In my just published book, "A Spark of Truth" at Amazon, I share how this dogma through the Nicene Creed in 425AD became the basis for many religions for centuries. It is also affecting us today.

In the future, I have to find the truth for me and listen to my heart, I want to be led to that future reality by my feelings; they are guiding me towards the truths that serve me best. I move from listening to others, authority, experts, or my head into listening to my heart and the truth within me. This is why it is important to know that it serves me more to process information through my body than through my minds. If something does not feel good to me, then I no longer pay it attention.

I had based what I believed to be true on what others told me. I learned to change my focus on faith and listening to my heart messages, rather than in beliefs.. I think for myself today.. I found love never fails. What goes around comes around. I moved into being a love-based person and send that out for happy returns.

I discovered there is another way to view life; I get to choose which action to take, and how to imagine what feels good. Selecting my own path puts me into harmony with the real me and what is around me. Try feeling into it, determining for yourself whether it is a road you really want to go down, and a reality you actually want to experience. You can feel into the truth of it, then you know that what you feel is telling you it is true for you; it feels good. That love creates was new to me.

My book, "Paradigm Busters" at Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Marilyn-Redmond/e/B0069WIKDChas the process of how I moved into my heart from the negativity of my past. Today I live from my Creator's spirit of love and not my old beliefs. I know in my heart are the answers to my life for loving solutions. I see through the eyes of love. "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold all things are become new." 2 Corinthians 5:17   Maturity is no longer living in the immaturity of fear. PURE LOVE brings us into unity and community.

My newest book, "A Spark of Truth" at Amazon has the history to how the church doctrine has been used to misinform people for the benefit of those manipulating and controlling our lives. https://www.amazon.com/Spark-Truth-Rev-Marilyn-Redmond/dp/0944851630 In addition, "A Spark of Truth" has current information about how we have been told other beliefs that do not serve us presently.

Acceptance is the Anwer

Acceptance is the Answer

Learning that changes continue unabated and not all are necessarily to my liking, was a fresh understanding about life. This week that did happen. Nevertheless, in the long term it will be seen that all serve a purpose and collectively will open up a path into a new era. I went for an MRI as the doctor thought it was helpful to see what might have been the cause of my stroke. I received the results that a non-cancerous lump was found on my brain. What a shock! I knew my heart was healthy and had never thought something else could be a concern at this time.

Today, I know when I align with the will of God, the problem seems to disappear. It is the resistance that continues the problem. What I resist persists, is true. I resisted facing life when younger and the pain from that is another story in past articles. In fact, the more I resisted in the past, life got worse.

I have healed many medical and relationship issues over the years. I have moved into a new life style that feels like grace while being supported in faith. I understand arthritis is a way to slow me down from being a workaholic-overachiever. The pain in my knees keeps me from moving around quickly and getting more things done faster.

I found that forgiveness for the people in my past from their abuse, freed me into a new life while I left the past behind. I had accepted the lessons in each situation that were actually opportunities for growing up. I had to accept the mistreatment to learn forgiveness, gratitude, and compassion. In praying for their health and well-being, I actually grew into maturity.

While in the ambulance on the way to the hospital during my stroke, I called out to God. What is the lesson in this one? After all the hospital tests, I walked out of the hospital without any brain damage and am able to continue my writing. I did not go into poor me, fear, or this is terrible. I found that when I accepted the situation just as it was, it was no longer the problem.

I moved from the problem into the solution. I did have five holes in my right leg from the air bags exploding in the car accident during the stroke. It took over a year for the wound to heal completely. All the appointments for wound care slowed me further down. However, fortunately, I did not lose my leg.

When driving into Seattle for an evening to see a stage play, it was a dark and blustery night. After enjoying the evening event, my fellow and I walked to the parking area for the car to return home.  We found one tire was flat. While my fellow changed the tire as I held the flashlight, I asked my angels why did this happen, as I had prayed before we left home for a safe trip to and back from Seattle.

The response was you had to have the experience; it just did not have to be the worst scenario. The night is pitch black and you are in a dimly lit garage. You are not in the winds blowing trying to change the tire with the cars in the rain rushing by. You are inside dry and out of that weather while you change the tire. I told my fellow what I heard and he said he got the same message.  I found we go through the experience at the depth needed to learn the lesson. We did not need the worst predicament, but we did need the experience. My worst predicament would be to have found the lump was cancerous.

Edgar Cayce, the great psychic of the Twentieth Century, said that we need to go through every vibration on our way back to our Creator. I found that the lessons are less traumatic as I accept these lessons and move through them. I do not have to like the lesson, but I do have to accept it and move on. The lesson continues until the lesson is learned. Going up Jacob's ladder is not always easy, but not to accept the situation stops my maturity and spiritual growth.

Several years ago, I found myself twice in my doctor's office out of my body as the injection missed its destination and caused me to lose my heartbeat and pulse. I was in spirit watching the whole scene as they sent home the people in the waiting room and the staff was trying to keep me alive. I did not understand at the time what was going on. I talked to God saying I do not know what is happening, but whatever side you want me on, is fine. Put me on the side that is what you want for me. I was pushed into Intensive care where I was given intravenous fluids. When I recovered, I drove myself home.

I did the same this morning. God, whatever side I am to be on from the lump on my brain, is fine. I am no longer afraid of death, as I know it is pure love on the other side with wonderful adventures waiting for me. Therefore, however this works out, I will be where you want me to be. I even figured out the lesson this morning.

My 11 books are on Amazon, 190 videos on YouTubes, and I write two monthly columns, support spiritual growth through my books sent internationally to prisons. I am included in "Who's Who in America and Manchester's Who's Who for Professionals and Executive. I have produced and hosted two radio shows.

My latest book, "A Spark of Truth" at Amazon reveals the lies that have been the beliefs in our culture from many years. From the earliest times and  through secret societies evil Elites running the three major powers, government, religion, and finance have infiltrated society through banking education, medicine, media, and entertainment.  Learn how this came to be. https://www.amazon.com/dp/0944851630?ref_=pe_3052080_397514860

Three Steps to a New Life -interview

THREE STEPS TO A NEW LIFE

Recently, I had an interview that is helpful to resolve old issues and situations from the past.  The three steps I discuss with Brandon Densmore are also on my You Tube with my other videos.  These three ideas moved me into a life of leaving the past behind so I could be free to enjoy my current happenings The relief and freedom from the past is a gift you can give yourself.  There is no charge, but many happy returns.   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LN3MJOtbGG8&t=1s

Three Steps to a New Life

I have overcome many illnesses and diseases to find the answers to their resolutions into sanity and happiness.  My experience, training, and meditations brought me answers not usually understood by the medical or psychology fields. They were answers that really work and bring results. My books, writing, blog, and website have answers to life problems. However, through healing my own life, I found some basic answers that work for most situations.

My own issues have brought me to discovering that all our problems stem from some kind of fear.  Often, we are so use to automatically reacting with ways to defend ourselves that we stay in survival, or masking our true feelings acting out in ways that lead us away from reality. We stay in behavior to protect ourselves, but in the big picture actually bring more harm over time. Fortunately, I  am usually able to find the root cause of difficulties, illnesses, and fears.

Three steps to bring relief to situation, circumstance, or people who have been harmful by my perception. Step One is to find forgiveness. During my own experience of my husband trying to kill me, I was told in the silence to "Forgive him for he knows not what he does". I was too traumatized to refute this advice. Always, I was very obedient and in my fear, I did what I was told. The angels circled around him so he could not move forward. He stood there like a statue as I prayed this.  I was escorted out of the room by more angels, as I had to walk right past him out of the room.

Eighteen years later, I realized that in my trying to protect myself, it felt like an attack on him, subconsciously. He was trying to protect himself. In my defending myself unwittingly, it was as if I were on the offensive. When I found he was acting out for his own protection visually, from my invisible attack, I had to give up my defensiveness.  I had to send love, so that would return.  By praying, to forgive him, it was a way to send love and stop the terrifying conflict. What goes around comes around. This stopped the domestic violence.

He had been deeply wounded as a child and was in extreme survival. It made sense that all people at some level are wounded. His harms were more intense than most people experience. I realized that all people have some kind of woundedness from which they are protecting themselves.  If  I send love to them it softens their reaction.

I do not send forgiveness to let them off the hood, but for me to "give up the past" "for a new day"— forgive. I can the move in my life and leave it in the past as if I cut the ball and chain connecting us. Now, I am able to live in the moment which is a gift and why it is called The Present.

Step Two is to pray for the other person. As I continued to send prayers to him, he never touched me again. Sending prays is sending love and love does not hurt. It is the amour of God. I learned a special prayer, Ho'oponopono Pray from an Hawaiian psychologist who  was at a hospital for the mentally ill. He prayed this every day for each patient and over time the hospital was closed as all the patients were healed.

The prayer is simple " I am sorry, Forgive me, Thank you, and I Love you".  This allows me to take responsibility for writing the script where the other person agrees to teach me forgiveness, compassion, and gratitude for the opportunity to move into a higher consciousness.  In other words, I take responsibility for those things happening to me are opportunities for my spiritual growth. He was my teacher, even though it was traumatic.  I needed the intense lessons to turn to my Creator for help. Today, I realize that my husband and I were connected by having very similar childhoods of abuse. Nowadays, I have not only forgiveness, but compassion for him and what he endured to play that part for me.  Currently, I use this pray with all my past issues and harms.

Step Three is to live one day at a time. Living in the "Now" means my mind is not focused on the past nor the future.  The past is history and I can build the future from how I live today.  I try to do something helpful to another each day for the next day to be better.  My future grows as I add to the positive thinking and behavior of my current day. It merges with tomorrow.  With all my focus in the current minute, I accomplish more and it has more profundity as all my efforts are not split in my mind to other projects. There is less stress when I have a single focus. I am not overwhelmed with other things on my mind. I easily move to the right next thing with the same total focus and by the end of the day it has gone smoothly and well.  I feel fulfilled and successful. I had a good day.

What People Are Saying:

·The Dark Forces have had control of humankind since the beginning of time.  Marilyn's book gives details of how it affected our everyday lives.   Doug Grady

·From the first page of Marilyn's book ,“A Spark of Truth",  which should be called  'A Bonfire of Truth,  I was deeply drawn in, page after page. Each page reveals amazing teaching after amazing teaching. For example, on page 16, why Roman Emperor Constantine created the Council of Nicea in 325 AD, and why they rewrote the Bible drastically, affecting the whole world. Or, on page 49, where Marilyn beautifully narrates how and why the banking system was created, which is now a global banking cartel that controls ENTIRE nations. These and so MANY MORE teachings await you as a reader. Be warned, there is a lot of very important information which will greatly shift your perspective on global events! I like to refer to this book as a teaching manual. It is filled with a multitude of truths and secrets that need to be shared and discussed.   Anonymous

ABOUT THE BOOK

Rev. Marilyn L. Redmond in "A Spark of Truth" shares information not commonly known due to censorship on television, the news, the internet, publishing houses, newspapers, and more. This book contains information not usually heard or seen. It offers knowledge, information, and answers to health, religion, education, government, and other problems that have been hidden.

There is more to be revealed at deeper levels. The author started out to write a book to expose current issues that were not supportive of the lifestyle of a country described as a democracy -- the United States of America. To her surprise and curiosity in researching more of the history of these topics, she found past knowledge to expose that these problems were centuries old and not just current. She found we are in a global war of the dark against the light forces. The book is titled A "Spark" of Truth as to include all the details would take volumes, and much of the information is available on the internet for those searching for the truth. This book covers only some of the problems.

Marilyn's work comes from experience, research, and years of overcoming difficulties, illness, disease, and misery. Going beyond the misinformation or biased news broadcasts, she reports as an investigative journalist sharing her findings, personal understandings, facts, and hidden truths. Welcome to alternative and unconventional answers and information for our lives to have the truth. Also included are several of her published writings to offer fresh understandings not told in the news or media.

Gradually, whistleblowers are breaking the old barriers. This brings new perceptions and knowledge for concerns and wellbeing. Comments on current subjects bring straightforward discernment on topics like vaccinations, religion, education, government. These awarenesses reach beyond governmental influence, media’s distorted reporting, and erroneous information.

Finding what inspires and pulls you forward is what enhances a loving world. Therefore, topics as holistic health, alternative medicine, empowerment, real education, spirituality, inspiration, and Quantum Physics are included.
Most everyone has been deceived and manipulated from a paradigm of fear in medical, political, and world events designed for evolving into world domination called The New World Order. Trust yourself and your inner knowing rather than experts, politicians, dogma, and even doctors. It is time to know the truth that you have your own answers that give positive results from inner consciousness.

Winning an international writing contest years ago began my passion for writing. Marilyn came to understand that the root cause of my life dilemma came from the programming of our culture. This opened the doors for understanding beyond the typical thoughts to a deeper understanding for the origin and basis that brought our society to its current problems. A Spark of Truth addresses the agenda below the surface.

What is Your Mental Diet?

Hearing so much about diet these days brings an understanding that food in your blood stream builds all the tissues composing your body. It is sensible to know how to be healthy and eat quality food. However, there is dieting at a level that is infinitely more profound and far reaching in its effects. That would be a mental diet. This brings a new awareness the thoughts upon which your mind dwells. What spiritual substances have our attention? What is our spiritual diet? This diet can change your life in a week.

Thought is the real causation of life. It is necessary to have the same kind of environment and mind.  Many changes are necessary to align, as your whole life will transform. Being happy and cheerful or being in a low-spirit and fearful depends entirely on the quality of the mental food upon which you diet. We are transformed by the renewing of our minds. That your mental diet is really the most important thing in your whole life is now becoming more understood and applied in our lives.

The challenge is to stand back and acknowledges our thoughts objectively. Our moods can change and we can change them. They make or mar out personal happiness. If you are in a bad disposition, you cannot be healthy. When feeling cynical, depressed, superior, or frightened, life is not worth living. Knowing that this too shall pass provides the information and power to change your focus and allow the negative to leave to be replaced with love, sanity, and peace.

The mental diet is really the most important thing in your whole life. As you make a commitment to stay in being positive for the next week, it is not easy. However, it is necessary to stand back and look at your words and reactions objectively. It is a training of the mind. It is not possible to be prosperous, and have a bad disposition.  If you are not determined to start in now and carefully select all day the kind of thoughts that you are going to think, your may as well give up all hope of shaping your life into a better one, because this is the only way.

Can you commit to devote one week solely to the task of building a new habit of thought. This week will be the most significant in your whole life. It will be the turning point for you. As it is in accordance with the Great Law, it cannot fail. This will be exceedingly difficult for the first few days, but if you persevere, you will find that it will become rapidly easier. It is the most interesting experiment that you could possibly make.

The habit of positive thinking will begin to be established. This is only one week to have your life definitely alter everything for the better. The whole idea is to have seven days of unbroken mental discipline to retrain the mind in a new direction, once and for all. If you do fall off the seven days, it is best to stop for several days and then start again fresh. First, stay out of negative thinking, including thoughts of failure, disappointment, or trouble. In addition no thoughts of criticism jealousy, or condemnation of others or yourself. This includes thoughts of sickness, accident, non- constructive, limitation, or pessimistic attitudes whether it includes you or anyone else.

Second, remember to be clear that this diet means not to entertain or dwell upon negative things. It does not matter if the negative things come up; it is amount of time you dwell on it. This includes your thought or those of others, their conduct, mail, telephone, crimes, disasters announced from television, cell phones, social media, or newspapers. If your friend is speaking negatively, you do not have to accept it. It is your mental consent, remember, that constitutes your diet. Give yourself a positive thought, let go of the comment, and move on. The longer you entertain the attention to the negative is the damage. You are still on the diet. Finding others that week that are positive will make the week easier. If you have a hard week coming up, stall your diet until after the difficulty.

When starting the diet all sorts of difficulties will surface. This is good sign. It means that things are moving and that is what we want. Hold on steadily and let it rock, and when the rocking is over, the picture will have reassembled itself into something much nearer to your heart's desire. Remember not to dwell upon the upsets as that impeded the diet. A few of the thoughts I retain throughout the day are, This is the day the Lord hath made I will rejoice and be glad in it, God Bless Them, and I am in gratitude.

This diet is only for you and not to share with others. Keep it strictly to yourself. When you have completed the seven day successfully, and secured your demonstration, allow a reasonable time to elapse in establishing your new mentality. Then tell the story to anyone else who you think is likely to be helped.

Finally, remember that nothing said or done by anyone else can possibly throw you off the diet. Only your own reaction to the other person's conduct can do that. This brings a higher level of consciousness that is love, peace, generosity, and harmony that you want to experience.
