Medications do not Heal Alcoholism

The cause of any addiction is fear, not knowing how to love yourself, and running from reality by using a substance or behavior to distract yourself from reality. You remain an emotional child without living tools. Therefore, alcohol can easily cause addiction as a way not to feel. Looking for anything outside of ourselves to save us is the problem. We are looking for love in all the wrong places.
I stopped drinking 28 years ago, and all prescriptions over 12 years ago. After stopping drinking, I found I craved sugar; sugar is in alcohol and is toxic to the body. However, the real root cause of all my addictions have been living in the fear, guilt, and shame from my growing up in domestic violence, abuse, incest and being in a 30-year marriage of battering-abuse, and rape. I was as sick as my secrets.
When I found recovery, which means moving out of the old emotional drama for which I am reacting through healing “their source and replacing it with love for others and myself”. I am living in the NOW, or presence of God and the past has no more power over me. I have found I have no need to continue covering my negative feelings with any substance, new addiction, or activity. One of the new commandments is to love my neighbor as myself.
I am emotionally free to feel my experiences in the current moment and no longer stuff the feelings of the past. I have become emotionally available and mature. Addiction is but a symptom of something deeper. That deeper problem is listening to our ego that tells us we are separated from God, which if I am a child of God could never happen. It is time for people to go beyond the symptoms into the cause. It is time to change the cause and get different results. It is time to say, Satan get thee behind me.
The “Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous” states on page 25 states, "That God has entered into our hearts, and lives in a way which is miraculous.” We are filled with the love of God that saves us from searching for love outside of ourselves. Any man made substance of the material world is not of God. However, God is always present if we release the barriers of emotional pain.
On p55, it states, “Actually we were fooling ourselves for deep down in every man, woman, and child is the fundamental idea of God. It may be obscured by calamity, by pomp, by worship or other things, but in some form or other, it is there. For faith in a Power greater than ourselves, and miraculous demonstrations of that power in human lives, are facts as old as man himself. We finally saw that faith I some kind of God was a part of our make-up…”
It is all about healing our negative emotions of fear, separations from God, and our karma. The Big Book…states on p. 66 “for when harboring such feelings we shut ourselves off from the sunlight of the spirit”. On p. 64 it states, “When the spiritual malady is overcome, we straighten out mentally and physically.” And on page 63, “ As we felt new power flow in we enjoy peace of mind as we discovered we could face life successfully, as we become conscious of His presence we bean to lose our fear of today, tomorrow or the hereafter. We were reborn.” We return to the love within. Drugs of any sort stop this emotional connection, I found. I could not emotionally mature on drugs for my Bipolar Disorder, depression or any other medical label.
As an internationally board certified regression therapist, my counseling includes regression to heal the root cause of where the fear, trauma, or drama creates a fearful reaction, so the love of God can heal this and resolve it. When offering loving responses to people, places and things around us, there are no symptoms to drug or stuff with any substance. It is about raising the fearful energy vibrations of a person into the love of God.
Even Einstein said you cannot solve a problem on the same level of which it was created you need a higher power. Substituting a new medication still lowers the energy and is superficial as the problem is still there only medicated with a different toxic, poisonous substance called medication. One day, God said to me, “You are not going to trust that pill instead of me for your healthiness”. Medications are only a substitution for the “Real Thing”.
The Serenity Pray asks to change the things we can, and that is changing ourselves into God-based instead of fear-based people. Our sufficiency comes from God, it says in the Bible. Why do people look for human means for recovery? Why does society and medicine support man made solutions, material answers, instead of God’s grace to heal people? Life is about returning to God. We move from being in dis-ease into being at ease in the presence of God’s love.
I quote Edgar Cayce, in my forthcoming book “Paradigm Busters, Reveal the Real You” when he says, The Christ Consciousness…is the only source of healing for a physical or mental body. Edgar Cayce 60-4. The Bible says, "If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature. II Corinthians 5:17.
I have become that new creature healing nine addictions, depression, mental illness, domestic violence, arthritis, hypoglycemia, Fibromyalgia, PTSD, and more through following the 12 steps of AA, Alanon, Edgar Cayce’s Search for God Study Groups, and energy work that raises me into the unconditional love of God. I have been in a relationship for over 12 years that has never been harmful, abusive, or threatening. I changed inside and have attracted another loving person. I am what I attract; we have a relationship of unconditional love.
When we sow what we want to reap, our reality changes. This is the universal law of “Like Attracts Like”, or what goes around comes around. Until I was off all medications, I could not have a spiritual life. Drugs do not allow my moving into reality, God’s love does. I am a new being “embracing God’s love within and sharing it” with others. It is an inside job. The Father and I are one.

Changing Suicide to a Healthy Resolution

About 22 veterans a day take their own life, according to department estimates. It was recently released by the government, that the number of young veterans committing suicide jumped dramatically from 2009 to 2011; this is a worrying trend that Veterans Affairs officials hope can be reversed. Nevertheless, new suicide data released by the department showed that the rate of all veterans’ suicide remained largely unchanged over that three-year period, the latest for which statistics are available.
I observe that most therapists are not really trained in the emotional causes of suicide and how to reframe the fear into healthy emotions that feel good. I tried suicide and my husband tried to kill me multiple times. I would consider this close to living in a war zone. Domestic Violence or any kind of violence including war creates fear and trauma in the emotional system of a person. When a person feels fearful, hopeless, and helpless in their life they are going to hurt someone to project their pain out, called homicide, or they will hurt themselves called suicide. I am now a counselor and understand this dilemma from personal experiences.
It is about changing their energy into higher comfortable feelings with a sense of worth. Being is hell is not a great place to be. It is possible to release those feelings, however most people are without any tools for improving their emotional state of mind. It is not possible without appropriate help. Many will try some form of killing themselves to relieve their agony and suffering. Most common ways to escape reality are with addictions, alcoholism, or other means to numb out and not be emotionally alive. This usually culminates with the ultimate successful suicide attempt, which is a death wish. Actually, alcohol, prescriptions, or any drugs reinforce the self-destructive feelings to deeper negative intensity over time. The solution is not about drugging a person with a prescription, which is what often happens in current medical protocol.
It takes a choice to live or die. If you choose to find a loving solution to resolve this traumatic picture and provide hope and appropriate help, it is possible to raise your feelings into a healthier consciousness. Sadly, most agencies are not equipped to do this or the stigma of going for help is shameful. Therapeutic Regression is a productive solution with a competent therapist who can reframe the drama into a healthy, most constructive and positive solution along with meditation. This will retrieve good feelings and restore a healthy mind set.

About 22 veterans a day take their own life, according to department estimates. It was recently released by the government, that the number of young veterans committing suicide jumped dramatically from 2009 to 2011; this is a worrying trend that Veterans Affairs officials hope can be reversed. Nevertheless, new suicide data released by the department showed that the rate of all veterans’ suicide remained largely unchanged over that three-year period, the latest for which statistics are available.
I observe that most therapists are not really trained in the emotional causes of suicide and how to reframe the fear into healthy emotions that feel good. I tried suicide and my husband tried to kill me multiple times. I would consider this close to living in a war zone. Domestic Violence or any kind of violence including war creates fear and trauma in the emotional system of a person. When a person feels fearful, hopeless, and helpless in their life they are going to hurt someone to project their pain out, called homicide, or they will hurt themselves called suicide. I am now a counselor and understand this dilemma from personal experiences.
It is about changing their energy into higher comfortable feelings with a sense of worth. Being is hell is not a great place to be. It is possible to release those feelings, however most people are without any tools for improving their emotional state of mind. It is not possible without appropriate help. Many will try some form of killing themselves to relieve their agony and suffering. Most common ways to escape reality are with addictions, alcoholism, or other means to numb out and not be emotionally alive. This usually culminates with the ultimate successful suicide attempt, which is a death wish. Actually, alcohol, prescriptions, or any drugs reinforce the self-destructive feelings to deeper negative intensity over time. The solution is not about drugging a person with a prescription, which is what often happens in current medical protocol.
It takes a choice to live or die. If you choose to find a loving solution to resolve this traumatic picture and provide hope and appropriate help, it is possible to raise your feelings into a healthier consciousness. Sadly, most agencies are not equipped to do this or the stigma of going for help is shameful. Therapeutic Regression is a productive solution with a competent therapist who can reframe the drama into a healthy, most constructive and positive solution along with meditation. This will retrieve good feelings and restore a healthy mind set.

Drug Addiction, Prescription Addiction, and Alcoholism: A New Understanding

Prescription drugs are not different than street drugs. It is an arbitrary judgment to convince people there is a reason to criminalize the use of drugs. Laws do not really make one drug better or worse, as a drug is a drug, no matter how you label it. Did you know that Coca Cola had Cocaine in it and was legal years ago? Morphine was legal at one time, too. They all are toxic and poisonous to the body and lead to death or insanity over time. Laws are a way for some people to monopolize the profits. Doctors could be said to be legal drug pushers. The drug companies in this case reap the profit.
The addiction is a result of a craving in the body and lack of self-worth fueled by fear. This is not a punishable crime but a reason to find appropriate help through counselors that understand this disease. Addicted people are not bad people, but sick people needing to get well.
For years, I was addicted at various times to Valium, Zoloft, and Depakote. The doctor said I had anxiety, later he said I was depressed, and then he declared that I had Bipolar Disorder. I found myself in treatment for alcoholism discovering 12 step programs. Recovery of 28 years has given me wisdom and insights into prescription drug addiction and alcoholism. I did not consciously know that I was maladjusted to life, in full flight from reality, or was mentally malfunctioning.
I know today that if alcoholism runs in the family you are set up for addiction. Liquid alcohol or pills are chemically the same in the metabolism of your body; it is genetic. In treatment, they told me one pill and one drink is six times the effect. I could have liquid courage and use pills to feel comfortable in a crowd. Therefore, I did not have to drink as much, but they still stuffed my feelings.
Living in domestic violence with a childhood of sexual abuse and being married thirty years in a battering and abusive marriage of rape, was dysfunctional. My father was an alcoholic and my mother was paranoid schizophrenic addicted to prescription drugs. I was a sitting duck for addiction, as I never lived in reality at home. I did not know that I was not functioning normally, however, I never felt right in my home of alcoholism and mental illness along with sex addiction and rageaholics.
Today I know it is all about fear while I am trying to be normal in crazy circumstances. The answer was to become as honest as I could in every part of my life, for reality to come in. I was looking for that love in all the wrong places, especially my family and later a husband. In addition, releasing the fears, guilt, and shame through the 12 steps and counseling, allowed me to find the inner love that I wanted.
When my spiritual malady was overcome, I straightened out mentally and physically, even emotionally, I found. This dis-ease has transformed into peace, love, and contentment through years of changing my attitudes, thinking, and behavior from the social conditioning of fears, guilt, and humiliation.
I have even released the energy of my mother’s paranoid schizophrenia, which I have been told is the first time someone has recovered from this, into reality remaining drug free. I am liberated from past abuse, fear and lack of self-worth. I live in the “Now” or moment where there is only love from my Creator. I can be myself, have my own feelings to express, and am happy, joyous and free of any toxic means that promote running from reality and stuffing my feelings. Current information for raising your consciousness into a higher realization that brings benefits in your life is now on You Tube with Marilyn Redmond, a psychic/medium. She has been channeling for several years bringing information for enhancing your life. The voices she channels offer cutting edge information beyond common knowledge. This understanding supersedes opinions, books, and dogma. Marilyn is trained in spiritual counseling and is an internationally board certified regression therapist, IBRT. Several true stories illustrate his point that explain the third dimensional thinking versus the fifth dimension based in love, are shared. This brings heaven to earth where the energy of spirit provides for a prosperous, abundant life of unconditional love.

I Found Myself in Al-anon

I found Al-anon through a devastating crisis. My husband ended up in AA after he drove us home in a traumatic car ride. We had been on vacation after his not drinking for three weeks. This trip was to celebrate his abstinence. However, before dinner our last evening he decided to have a drink during “Happy Hour”. This resulted in the pleasant times disintegrating into a disaster within a short time.
He got displeased, when I was getting ready for dinner and would not let go of his rage. We had an upsetting dinner, embarrassing me at the meal. I went back to our room to start packing to go home. This further infuriated him. Our trip home from the Canadian resort turned into a terrifying experience. I found myself knowing that I would not return home alive. He drove all over the road and down the middle very fast. I found myself praying to God for help. “I really don’t want to die, God, please help me,” I said inwardly. I had not been taught to ask God for help or to pray other than what was written in the hymnal at church at that time. Spontaneously, I knew I needed help. My instinct took over without one thought about requesting assistance.
For my safety I separated from my husband, filed a restraining order and divorce papers. He called me on my birthday, which was against the restraining order. “You are not supposed to call me, I said .” Then just listen”, he responded. “I have been going to AA and I heard that good wives of alcoholics go to Al-anon.” Being the good wife, I went to my first meeting of Al-anon on July 15, 1985. It was the best birthday present I could have received.
With over 28 years in the program, I now have a beautiful life. I have diligently worked the steps to release my insecurity, feelings of not being good enough or safe. My abandonment issues are resolved. These all stemmed from my childhood. I had discounted the shame and guilt that were running my life, because I had no feelings. Through working the steps, I discovered that I had married a person with the same qualities I had. I had attracted the perfect person to reflect back to me the dysfunction within which I was raised.
At meetings, I first heard the suggestion to Trust God, Clean House, and Help Others. Today, this is still my focus; I have healed the root causes of my feeling like a victim, wounded, and abused. Another saying was that I could give up being a victim anytime. I had blamed my husband as the problem in our marriage, when I had to realize that I was projecting my personality onto him; he was my mirror. It was like a boomerang, returning, painfully.
I learned to pray for him, forgive him, and look for his good qualities. Al-non showed me how to understand how new ideas and beliefs could change my behavior and thinking. If I sent out loving ways to others, it would return. It was finally safe to express myself in communications, my talents, and in meetings. Overtime, I was finding courage, self-esteem, and knowing that the universe supported me in all things. I found a loving God.
However, not everyone in the program can change if they are not honest with themselves. Sadly, when I realized my husband could not move out of his fear-based life from childhood abuse, into a love-based life of the program, I did finally leave because he was still attacking me. In those days, no one mentioned domestic violence in meetings. However, it was the only decision I could make to live.
My sponsor was the most important person in my life. When I called my sponsor, she always began with the words, “Focus on Marilyn, What does Marilyn want?” I grabbed on to the program out of survival and found I had not grown up, emotionally.
Focus on Marilyn was totally new to me; I knew what my family needed, my job required, and how to keep the house tidy. Nevertheless, I did not have a clue what I needed. She told me, “Now you can take care of your own needs”. I asked myself, “What are my needs?” I did not want to attract another alcoholic, battering, and abusive marriage. The Serenity Prayer has been my motivation, as the only one I can change is me.
I wanted to find a healthy relationship that reflected my healthier new life. I discovered I did not need to cling to my family, husband, or friends, for love, security, and emotional stability. My insanity was looking outside myself for love. My new focus was found in turning my life over to a God of my understanding. That has become my security, stability, and safety. I found that I am a worthy person, as good as others are, and loved by God.
Becoming a new person based in a lifestyle of loving myself so I can share that with others, instead of looking to others to love me, has become empowering. I am in a relationship of unconditional love. Today, I can focus on Marilyn, because I have my own life. The best part I discovered that what I always wanted was peace. Thank you Al-anon for showing me the path to love and peace.

Through working the steps, I discovered that I had married a person with the same qualities I had. I had attracted the perfect person to reflect back to me the dysfunction within which I was raised.
At meetings, I first heard the suggestion to Trust God, Clean House, and Help Others. Today, this is still my focus; I have healed the root causes of my feeling like a victim, wounded, and abused. Another saying was that I could give up being a victim anytime. I had blamed my husband as the problem in our marriage, when I had to realize that I was projecting my personality onto him; he was my mirror. It was like a boomerang, returning, painfully.
I learned to pray for him, forgive him, and look for his good qualities. Al-non showed me how to understand how new ideas and beliefs could change my behavior and thinking. If I sent out loving ways to others, it would return. It was finally safe to express myself in communications, my talents, and in meetings. Overtime, I was finding courage, self-esteem, and knowing that the universe supported me in all things. I found a loving God.
However, not everyone in the program can change if they are not honest with themselves. Sadly, when I realized my husband could not move out of his fear-based life from childhood abuse, into a love-based life of the program, I did finally leave because he was still attacking me. In those days, no one mentioned domestic violence in meetings. However, it was the only decision I could make to live.
My sponsor was the most important person in my life. When I called my sponsor, she always began with the words, “Focus on Marilyn, What does Marilyn want?” I grabbed on to the program out of survival and found I had not grown up, emotionally.
Focus on Marilyn was totally new to me; I knew what my family needed, my job required, and how to keep the house tidy. Nevertheless, I did not have a clue what I needed. She told me, “Now you can take care of your own needs”. I asked myself, “What are my needs?” I did not want to attract another alcoholic, battering, and abusive marriage. The Serenity Prayer has been my motivation, as the only one I can change is me.
I wanted to find a healthy relationship that reflected my healthier new life. I discovered I did not need to cling to my family, husband, or friends, for love, security, and emotional stability. My insanity was looking outside myself for love. My new focus was found in turning my life over to a God of my understanding. That has become my security, stability, and safety. I found that I am a worthy person, as good as others are, and loved by God.
Becoming a new person based in a lifestyle of loving myself so I can share that with others, instead of looking to others to love me, has become empowering. I am in a relationship of unconditional love. Today, I can focus on Marilyn, because I have my own life. The best part I discovered that what I always wanted was peace. Thank you Al-anon for showing me the path to love and peace.

The control behind the scene actually do everything they can to encourage people being sick including medicated, drugged, or addicted. They are then easily victimized, lead into deceit, and feel powerless. In the past, the government says we are fighting drugs, while agencies and wars promote them. Is America being poisoned? It is time to wake up to the lies of the propaganda in the news, research, and sources of information.
Drug usage is about addiction and is a disease. The laws look at users as needing to be punished for being bad and threatening. The public is lead to judge addicted people as menacing and not sick. The American Medical Association declared addiction a disease in 1956, however today that is not even mentioned. In fact, the spin to disclaim this disease was to say, “Do not abuse drugs”. An addiction is chronic, progressive and leads to death or insanity. The sick person is often self-medicating from trauma, pain, and fearful emotional situations. Addiction emotionally numbs the person besides creating an unconsciousness mind. Recovery offers health, sanity, and productive citizens.
Poor health comes from toxic sources. There are four sources of toxicity: the air, the ground, our food, and our thoughts. They are causing great health and sanity problems to our country.
Sadly, industrial profits are more important than air pollution. For years, airplanes released toxic chemicals in chem trails, newspapers reported, but it has never been addressed. In addition, it is as if the earth's lungs are being removed because of a lack of concern for future clean air in the forests of the Amazon. Trees convert carbon dioxide into clean oxygen and are necessary to keep our air clean.
In addition, contamination of the earth is increasing. Fluoride is a toxic waste product presented as a gift for dental care, when in reality it is poisonous and has been proven to reduce the IQ of children. Our water is contaminated at alarming levels where seafood, fish, and swimming are not doable, anymore.
Sick residents of the community bring huge class actions lawsuits to large corporations for dumping toxic waste; remember the movie “Erin Brockovich”. Keeping family yards green and weed free contributes to the poisoning of the aquifer. Where to dispose of radiation debris in landfills, is a controversy that sterilizes the ground making crops impossible to grow. Where will it stop?
Toxicity affects our food and eating healthy. Additives and genetic restructure change naturally grown vegetables and manufactured food items. These GMO’s and farm fish are not filled with the natural minerals and elements of the earth, which provide a vital life source for our bodies to be healthy. They are void of nutritional essentials, therefore toxic. Moreover, adding sugar, chemicals as MSG, high fructose corn syrup and soy products to manufactured foodstuff creates unnecessary calories, cravings similar to alcoholism while adding toxic ingredients of no dietary value.
One of the most deadly is the sale of drugs called medicine. A drug is poison; remember the skull and cross bones on the bottles under the kitchen sink. Does a toxic substance really create health or actually, mask a symptom of a deeper problem? Keeping people drugged to produce huge pharmaceutical profits is fraudulent.
Lastly, our thoughts produce the most deadly influence on our lives. The hard sell of violence in our society through the media, including newspapers and television, movies, and electronic games are the result of toxic fear and anger that escalates. It is a plague in our country.
Our health and survival depends on our individual action that can grow into a movement for the wellbeing to which we are all entitled and need to claim. It has become a matter of life or death. Clean up the smog, we breathe daily. Restore our sparkling waterways. Use the off button on the television, scrutinize what you read and eat, select uplifting entertainment, and reprogram your thinking into a positive living style. It is time to clean up our toxic environment around us and within our lives.

Tests are not about Education

What is a Real Education? To “deliver information” as described by recent educators and Bill Gates is the opposite of the meaning of education. This is the intent of a controlling manipulative group who in our society wishes to govern. To allow that inner person to come alive with imagination, inspiration, and feelings creates real people. Free thinkers do not accept tyranny, laws that deprive freedom, and thought control.
As a public school teacher with more than fifty years experience, I would like to explain about teaching. It is more important to have a teacher with a rational mind, a healthy attitude, and an open mind, than a trained teacher that is pushed through a restrictive set of curriculum that promotes everyone being the same.
In the fifties, we taught to the needs of the student, and then the school district decided what we were to teach, followed by the state mandates, then the federal government had No Child Left Behind. It has been a slow change of philosophy to create a limited mindset, therefore denying the whole child.
We need diversity and not similarity to make our country strong. We have to have people who think out of the box and are not punished for thinking beyond the current trends of uniformity. Test scores are only a number given to the results of the performance by a student on a given day on a skill learned. It has nothing to do with intelligence or ingenuity. To pigeonhole a student with a number and compare them to another person takes away the individuality of the student’s unique abilities and talents. It reduces them to a digit and takes away their personality and personal freedom to be themselves. When did leaders come from the well-trained ranks? Only if they have the ability to be creative, intuitive and offer ideas beyond the confined thinking of the times is there real education.
Our country has departed from our pioneers in education: such as John Dewey, Jean Piaget, and Abraham Maslow. Friedrich Froebel's philosophy was that humans are creative beings. These educators provided an innovative process producing real education for pupils. Teachers need to assist a student in finding their own abilities while discovering learning is limitless.
It is not teaching to fill a student with book learning. You cannot teach a teacher to think with his heart. However, a person who is able to
encourage others to think from his heart did not learn it from a book. This is the real teaching and is not quantifiable. "You cannot teach a man anything; you can only help him find it within himself." Galileo.

Meditation, Regression, and Past Life Therapy Heal the Cause of Chronic Illness

Disease results from learned behavior to react from anxious and traumatic emotional situations. When the dis-ease in your life is not resolved, over time, it becomes a disease. Solving the problems of cancer or other illness will not be found in a research laboratory. Medicating from pills does not change the root cause of the problem. Drugs drug a person, stops emotional growth, and keeps you irrational. They only mask a person’s pain of their reality, which needs to be addressed, emotionally. It is an inside job.

Disease results from learned behavior to react from anxious and traumatic emotional situations. When the dis-ease in your life is not resolved, over time, it becomes a disease. Solving the problems of cancer or other illness will not be found in a research laboratory. Medicating from pills does not change the root cause of the problem. Drugs drug a person, stops emotional growth, and keeps you irrational. They only mask a person’s pain of their reality, which needs to be addressed, emotionally. It is an inside job.
Let us stop the insanity and promote a sane life style so people do not have to drug their emotional trauma and woundedness to struggling to survive. The dense atom keeps your awareness in the third dimension of darkness and left-brain. This message helps to understand that the atoms inside of each person are expanding so that the light within can better shine and be seen.
As this light moves down through the dimensions the color changes and the distance between the particles becomes more compact. Therefore, the compacted particles cannot move as it did in its original source of a higher dimension. This feels like separation from the power of light and brings darkness or the absence of light ultimately if not remedied. This allows your heart consciousness to move into your total wholeness in relaxing the body. With the expansion within the atoms from a higher consciousness, more of the inner light of who you are is emerging. This event is happening in group consciousness, permitting the earth to return to the light of the spiritual world.

Time to Return to Real Education

Students must become cognizant of their own abilities and choose what works for them. As a retired teacher with over 50 years of teaching in the state of Washington, I have a big concern about the current path being taken by our school systems. Our country has departed from our pioneers in education: such as John Dewey, Jean Piaget, and Abraham Maslow. Friedrich Froebel’s philosophy was that humans are creative beings. These educators provided an innovative process producing real education for pupils. Educators should be responsible for teaching students that learning is limitless.
I learned in my college statistics class that a test score is data for that time and day in that one moment of a person’s life. I was told it is not an indication of intelligence or a realistic way to base a person’s success. The only test should be to see if a person increases his or her own talents from previous testing.
Mass testing only creates stressful competition for the students. It is also very stressful for teachers because they must drop their present curriculum for several weeks, while they prepare their students for required testing. Many students have learning disabilities: dyslexia, testing anxiety, or cannot express themselves in a test format. The current process destroys self esteem and reaches dangerous levels when the test is taken repeatedly. Students are not failures; however this process leads them to believe this false opinion of themselves.
We need to celebrate our children and all of their talents and skills. Is it realistic to judge only left-brain skills on tests of a young student, still learning and immature? A balance needs to return in the form of right-brain activities such as: music in all its forms, art, drama, and other courses that encourage self-expression. When students are allowed to express themselves in their school experiences, drugs and violence are not used as cries for help.
In my state of Washington, testing is responsible for narrowing the diversity in students rather than promoting growth and wisdom. The current focus allows that only those that pass the test are successful. In educating students this is not realistic. First, it forces everyone’s thinking through the same hole; students become rubber stamp followers. In addition, when government forces students to learn only certain things in certain ways, their freedom to discover new inspired solutions is stifled. Aren’t we killing our children’s’ creativity? The current testing process creates a cheap labor force for factories and other repetitive types of jobs. Is this what we want for out future?
National laws were intended to solve some of our educational problems. Instead it has created new problems and exacerbated some that already existed. Students are easily lead so the next generation of leaders is silenced. There is no questioning of leadership or government and challenging the status quo is discouraged.
Another way to curtail free thinking is by drugging students. No matter what the medical diagnosis, drugs create toxic thinking and only address symptoms. Sadly, the more brilliant students, who unfortunately are causing disturbances with their freethinking challenges of what they are being taught, are being suppressed by medications such as Ritalin. We must find another way to address teaching these brilliant students. We need to give them enough freedom to find answers to their questions and support their learning progress.
Knowing yourself and being able to express it, indicates an educated person. "It is time for education to teach life as an experience to be lived with imagination and originality. To Thine Own Self Be True", is the best education we can teach.

What does a person do to become at-ease and not have any diseases? Disease means you are at dis-ease. Be open to the love in your life; open your heart instead of running from reality. Any disease is a signal that the vital life force is not circulating through your being to nourish it as blood nourishes your body. Any obstacles or barriers to this emotional flow in your system stops the healthy energy from traveling into all your cells. Allowing this energy is like plugging into electricity to make something work. Therefore, when it is missing your life is not energized and ultimately you will die. All disease is a red flag to connect to the missing emotional power usually called love.
What are your fears? Are they from the past? They stop your health and happiness. Our society is steeped in fear, which stops this beneficent force from feeding your being. Sadly, most people ignore what they do not want to address. This causes the disease. Moving into the present and leaving the past trauma and drama behind allows you to live. It may take some self-searching and being open-minded to forgiving yourself or others. This allows your being available to feel the love within and enjoy your life.
The Chinese doctors for thousands of years have known that these blockages from fearful feelings stop the flow of your spirit that is also called life-force, chi, or similar terms. It is the releasing and removing of the fearful blockage that allows your spirit to move completely through out for a healthy body.
Your disease is only a warning sign that you are not in harmony with the universe. It signals that the energy of your being is not functioning in your life. Of course, it makes sense to have a healthy body. Toxic means poisonous; why would you want to poison yourself? Stopping toxic foods supports your healthiness. The foods in the grocery stores are full of chemicals, GMO’s, and hormones that are toxic. Check the ingredients on your labels and try organic foods.
In addition, ending other toxic items as prescriptions, drugs, compulsive behaviors, addictions as smoking, sugar, etc. support wellbeing. Toxic things block the energy flow through the meridians of your emotional system. Looking to experts and solutions outside yourself, for answers to cure your disease are only ways to divert your attention from the inner life of your loving reality.

Tilden, M.D. in his book, Toxemia: The Basic Cause of Disease, states: Dreadful afflictions do not “plague us.” If we are plagued by disease, it is of our own building; and all we need to do to get back to comfort and health is to quit building disease; then our subconscious self gets busy cleaning house…And when the truth is known that healing or the power to throw off disease and get well is wholly within the subconscious and is personal, we will know that curing and palliating by the administration of remedies—drugs, serums, vaccines, surgery, feeding to keep up the strength, etc. — are superfluous, meddlesome, and on the order of throwing a monkey wrench into the machinery. When you eat properly, help others through volunteering in numerous ways, participate in activities, and find time to enjoy yourself through interests, hobbies, sports as golf, bowling, bicycling, or hiking. Being out in nature or gardening is helpful; you have no reason to be in dis-ease. That is unless you still have past emotional baggage you have not released which is taking your energy, so you cannot be present in your life.
My sister-in-law died from Alzheimer’s, because when her husband died, she gave up living. Get into life and live it not just walk through it in a fog of denial, forgetfulness, and ignoring your past. In addition, I had a friend who was not able to move on in his life and died of Alzheimer’s. This disease is a copout.
You will not need to find a way to ignore your past or live in disease and dying. If you are emotionally present in your life, it is likely you will not have Alzheimer’s. The best alternative is to heal it with love, compassion, forgiveness, and gratitude to be alive.
